Aiki Te Ryu Karate Kai Kata Training |
Kata training is extremely important in the Aiki Te Ryu Karate
Kai system. Developing many aspects for the student, Kata is an
essential method of learning the various techniques, stances and
proper body movement required to master the martial arts. In the
beginning Kata is practiced slowly, focusing on learning the
individual movements and stances. As the student progresses they
begin to realize that they are performing the kata in the
correct state of mind called Mushin or "No Mind".
