Franz Shihan takes time out each month to create a unique online newsletter for our students and people interested in training at our martial arts school. The newsletter features include: What's New at the Dojo, Training Tips Articles, Historical Articles, Japanese Language Tips, Event Information and Shihan's Corner which is the views of our Master Instructor at Budokan Dojo.
